This particular location seems to be open at all hours (from my experiences, at least -I've often popped in at 2 or 3am). The exceptional thing for me is the taste of their Michigan hotdogs. You can taste the garlic, onion, and spices, all in proper balance, in a sort of pured paste-textured meat sauce poured over the steamed hotdog...no big chunks of onion, pieces of tomato, or watery sauce dripping in your lap, or messing up your face ) Hey, at the price you can't go wrong trying one.
